Illustrious background prompts, tested

Twenty-four background and setting tags behind the same character, from simple background to underwater.

The test

Every tile below uses the same prompt with one tag swapped in, on the same two seeds (1001 and 1002), on SirenRender’s free anime tile: WAI-Illustrious-SDXL v17 with the DMD2 LoRA, 8 steps, CFG 1, 832×1216. {TAG} marks where each tag goes:

general, solo, mature female, long black hair, amber eyes, white shirt, black jacket, cowboy shot, looking at viewer, {TAG}

What we found

Places are the strongest group of tags we tested on WAI v17. Twenty of the 24 settings rendered clearly on both seeds, from library and cafe to underwater and shrine. The plain backgrounds are the exception: simple background and gradient background gave a patterned or textured wall, and white background was plain on only one seed. Every tile here is a cowboy shot, so she fills most of the frame. Pick a wider framing tag to see more of the place.
