Why it works
- “Steam rising from her bowl as she lifts noodles with chopsticks” gives her something to do, so every seed caught a moment instead of a pose.
- Two light colors are named and placed: warm tungsten inside, cool cyan from the street. Red lanterns and pink neon fill in between.
- “Shot on Cinestill 800T” plus “halation around the neon” is the classic night-street film look, and the glow around the signs came through.
